The Personality Server addresses this specific need for reaching out to the users and bringing personalization within the realms of reality. Knowing the usage patterns enables content to be personalized to individual users. Wireless content providers can use this to enrich the user's browsing experience in conjunction with location-based information. Mobile service providers can provide user profiles to external content providers or aggregators. This information can be made available either online or offline to any content provider or aggregator who wish to personalize the content they provide. The personality server helps in streamlining the various revenue models in the whole value chain extending from the content provider to the aggregator to the operator and finally the mobile user. In addition, personality server provides a framework for protecting the complete privacy of each subscriber's personal information. 

The Jataayu Personality Server works with the Jataayu Carrier Gateway and the Identity Server. It uses a secure transfer of information between the personality server and the application to provide user profiling and analysis of user profiles. It supports web based administration and offers an interface for user profiles.
