Mahesh Kumar Jain - Managing Director
Bachelor of Technology, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, 1975, Master of Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, 1977.
Mahesh has a rich software development and marketing background. He has worked in diverse areas such as compiler writing, linear programming, UNIX porting and device driver development, communications and networking software, sort/merge software, statistical analysis, and end user applications, both in India and abroad. Mahesh is the guiding force behind the organization, given his good perception of the application and trends of technology.

Dr .V. GopalaKrishna - Director
Bachelor of Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, 1975, Master of Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, 1977, and PhD from the Indian Institute of Science, 1994.
He has a wide experience in high technology areas, including two years at the Canada Center for Remote Sensing, Ottawa. GopalaKrishna has worked in the areas of OS development, DBMS development, UNIX porting, device drivers, satellite image processing, word processors, PERT/CPM, linear programming and image storage and retrieval systems. His current interests include technologies related to the wireless Internet.

Raj Kesarimall - Director
An engineering graduate from Bangalore Institute of Technology, he went on to complete his Masters in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater in 1988. After a stint of a year with a management consultancy firm in the US, Raj returned to India to join the Integra Group as a Marketing Manager. With over 11 years of experience in the Marketing and Business Development activities both in India and the International Markets, Raj is currently the Director Marketing at Jataayu Software and the CEO of Jataayu Software, Inc, USA.

Arun Tanksali - Director
Bachelor of Engineering, Karnataka University, 1989 and Masters in Engineering (ME) from Pune University, 1991. Arun started his career in 1991 as Electronics Engineer under a UNDP program called Microprocessor Application Engineering Program. Later, towards the end of 1991, he joined Integra Micro Systems, where he was looking after the product development teams as Senior Project Manager of Engineering department. Arun currently heads Jataayu's development efforts for all the products related to the WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) and other wireless technologies.

Mayank Sharma - Vice President, Asia Pacific
Bachelor of Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Roorkee. Mayank has a rich background in International Sales & Marketing and Product Development of over 16 years. 

Prior to joining Jataayu, Mayank worked as Director, International Sales and Marketing for Compex Systems, Singapore and as VP,International Business Development at smartBridges. He was also the founder and CEO of Silicon Portals that developed Yap Phone and pcPiper which won numerous international accolades. Before Silicon Portals he was with Imaging Services division at Integra Micro Systems and was involved with Election ID card technology and services. He also established Armour Inc, which designed and marketed the Armour Anti Virus card and solutions as part of Hardware lab initiative at Integra. Mayank also holds a Patent on Optoelectronic HID technology.

Rishi Aum Praharaz - Chief Knowledge Officer
Praharaz has close to 25 years of active experience in the IT industry. Associated with the Integra group of companies for more than a decade now, He is currently the Chief Knowledge Officer at Jataayu heading HR, Training, Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management, and pure research in the field of Man Machine Convergence.
